It was Food Revolution day on Friday 15th May 2015 at Sylvia Park School. We made squashed sandwiches. We used carrots, apples, cauliflower, cucumbers, radish, capsicum herbs, seeds, parsley,and brown bread. We put the veggies and salad stuff in a dish cloth and we smashed it with a block. Then we put it on the bread. We put a slice of cheese on top of the veggies. Then we put salad dressing.Finally we put a slice of bread on top and we ate our yummy sandwich. It was delicious.
